This Shipping Policy applies to purchases made on gleoni.com (“Store”, “we”, “us”). By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

(2) SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
We ship worldwide.
(3) IMPORTANT DEFINITIONS
Dispatch: the date your order is handed over to the shipping carrier (shipment/dispatch confirmation).
Delivery Date: the delivery date shown by the carrier tracking.
(4) ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment (excluding weekends and public holidays).
During peak periods, processing may take longer.
(5) SHIPPING OPTIONS AND RATES (USD)
Shipping options and exact costs are shown at checkout before payment is completed.

Express Shipping: $10.50
1st Class Express Shipping: $18.80
Availability of specific shipping options may vary depending on the destination and product type.
(6) ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
Most orders are delivered within 5–14 business days after Dispatch, depending on the destination and the shipping option selected at checkout.
In certain cases (including carrier delays, customs processing, peak periods, or destination-specific delivery conditions), delivery may take longer. The maximum delivery timeframe is up to 21 days after Dispatch.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.
(7) TRACKING
We ship using a trackable method where available. Once the tracking number is provided to us by the carrier, we will send it to you by email.
If 6 business days have passed since Dispatch and you have not received tracking details, please contact us and we will assist you.
(8) ADDRESS ACCURACY
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
If an order is shipped to an incorrect address due to our error, we will offer either:
(a) a full refund, or
(b) a reshipment at no additional cost.
If the customer provided an incorrect address and the parcel is already shipped, in transit, or delivered, we are not able to issue a refund.
(9) SEPARATE PACKAGES
In some cases, an order may be shipped in more than one package. If you believe something is missing, please contact us and we will assist you.
(10) NOT DELIVERED (LOST SHIPMENT)
If your order has not arrived within 21 days after Dispatch, please contact us. We will investigate with the carrier.
If the carrier confirms a loss/failed delivery or the investigation supports the claim, we will provide, at our discretion:
(a) a replacement shipment at no additional cost, or
(b) a full refund to the original payment method.
(11) DAMAGED ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of the Delivery Date with:
your order number, and
clear photos of (a) the outer packaging, (b) the shipping label, and (c) the damaged item(s) (close-up and full view).
If the damage is confirmed, we will provide, at our discretion:
(a) a replacement shipment at no additional cost, or
(b) a full refund to the original payment method.
(12) CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND IMPORT TAXES
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. Such charges, if applicable, are the customer’s responsibility. We do not control these charges and cannot estimate them.
(13) ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible.
Once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched, we may not be able to cancel or modify it.
(14) FINAL NOTES
We reserve the right to refuse or limit claims that do not meet the requirements above or that appear abusive or fraudulent.
This policy does not limit any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
